Because Podia does not track the exact percentage of course progress (only whether a lesson has been opened or completed), our refund policy is based on whether the course has been accessed, not how much has been watched.
Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase only if the course has not been opened or accessed.
Once any lesson has been viewed, downloaded, or marked as completed, the course is considered consumed, and no refunds can be granted.
Full refunds are only issued in cases of:
